Overview

XYZEO is a comprehensive ecosystem designed for AI Optimization (AIO). As search behavior shifts toward «Answer Engines» like ChatGPT and Perplexity, XYZEO helps brands monitor and improve their presence in AI-generated responses. I developed a three-part system: a powerful SaaS analytics dashboard, an authoritative Expert Hub for reviews, and a high-conversion B2B landing page.

My role

As the Lead Product Designer, I was responsible for the entire visual and functional architecture of the project. I designed the data visualization for the SaaS platform, the content structure for the Expert Hub, and the marketing strategy for the landing page. My main objective was to create a cohesive experience that bridges complex data with professional credibility.

The Challenge

The project required the creation of three distinct products within a tight two-month timeframe. I had to design a functional dashboard for tracking «AI Visibility Metrics», a high-trust review platform that appears authoritative to both users and AI scrapers, and a landing page that clearly explains this new market category to potential business clients.

SaaS Analytics Platform

The core of XYZEO is a dashboard where brands can track their «Visibility Score» and «Average Mentions» across various AI models. I designed a high-density data interface that visualizes brand perception through custom charts and comparative tables. A key feature is the ability for brands to manage their reputation directly by identifying mention gaps and accessing services to improve their standing in AI answers.

Expert Hub & Review Portal

To build the authority required for AIO, I designed the «Expert Hub» — a platform dedicated to in-depth reviews, comparisons, and expert articles. The UI focuses on readability and trust signals, featuring «Credibility Ratings» and detailed service overviews. This portal serves as the primary data source that AI engines index to identify top-tier brands and services.

B2B Marketing Landing Page

The landing page serves as the entry point for businesses. I focused on a «Tech-Forward» aesthetic that explains the transition from traditional SEO to the new era of Answer Engines. The layout strategically highlights the platform's key benefits, such as «AI Perception Audits» and «Smart Query Generation», leading users toward a clear call to action.

Unified Data Visualization

I created a unique visual language for AIO metrics, making abstract data like «Share of Model» and «Keyword Difficulty in AI» easy to interpret. This allows marketing teams to quickly understand their brand’s status and take immediate action to improve their visibility.

Rapid Ecosystem Delivery

By employing a modular design system and maintaining a high-velocity feedback loop, I successfully delivered the full design for the SaaS platform, the Expert Hub, and the landing page in just two months. This allowed the client to capture the first-mover advantage in the rapidly growing AI optimization market.

Results

The project successfully launched as a multi-layered platform capable of handling the demands of the modern AI-driven market.
