Overview
ModernAlbom is a market leader in premium graduation photography. My task was to completely redesign the outdated web presence and transform it into a high-performance digital ecosystem. The goal was to build a scalable foundation for future growth through a custom CMS and a unified design system while significantly increasing the site's conversion power.
My role
As the Lead Product Designer, I was responsible for the UX/UI architecture, the creation of a scalable design framework, and the launch of a new visual direction for the brand that aligns with 2026 design trends.
The Challenge
Since 80% of all customer inquiries come directly from the website, the digital platform is the critical lead-generation engine for the business. The main challenge was to capture a young audience (ages 8–18) for whom modern UI trends and a familiar UX are essential. I had to organize a fragmented service catalog into an intuitive interface and create a technical setup that supports long-term SEO growth and easy content management.
The Process
Website and Conversion Focus
The primary focus was to maximize conversion using a «show, don't tell» approach. I integrated large-scale imagery and video content to clearly display the product quality. The site features a sophisticated animation system — including a smooth animations and dynamic videos. The entire UX is optimized for lead generation: the order form is tailored to the habits of a younger audience, offering a «Write in messenger instead of calling» option, which significantly lowers the barrier for the first contact.

Blog and SEO Infrastructure
To maintain a dominant position in search rankings, I developed a robust blog section. This involved creating a universal article template and a flexible CMS structure, allowing the team to manage and publish SEO-optimized content independently. This turned the website from a simple landing page into an expert informational hub for the photography industry.

Product Design System
To ensure consistency across all current and future pages, I built a comprehensive design system. This library of components serves as the «single source of truth», enabling the brand to scale rapidly and maintain a uniform, modern look across the entire digital ecosystem.

Kindalbom (Side Project)
Leveraging the main design system, I launched Kindalbom—a dedicated site for primary school albums. While it follows the core structural logic of the parent brand, it features its own UI-Kit with bright gradients to match the mood of younger students. Using shared components allowed us to launch this side project in record time with a fully optimized user journey.

Results
The project resulted in a complete digital ecosystem featuring two websites and a unified design system. We successfully updated the visual language to meet 2026 standards, implementing «liquid glass» elements and advanced animations ahead of the market curve. The primary outcome was a substantial increase in the conversion rate and the share of high-quality leads, driven by a messenger-first UX strategy and a focus on immersive visuals.
+10% Conversion growth, directly increasing the total volume of leads.
Full project ecosystem covering both main and primary school branches.
Trend-aligned UI tailored specifically for the 8–18 age demographic.
Scalable CMS and solid SEO foundation for long-term organic growth.
Optimized UX with messenger-integrated forms to reduce user friction.
