ISAAK was a conceptual SaaS platform designed to simplify the creation and management of AI-driven chatbots. The product aimed to empower businesses to build complex automated flows without writing a single line of code. Although the project is currently on hold, the design work remains a powerful showcase of complex UX optimization, data visualization, and motion design
My role
As the Product Designer, I was responsible for the platform's overall UX/UI strategy. My work focused on redesigning the core chatbot builder, creating an intuitive analytics dashboard, and developing a presentation motion that demonstrates the product's value. I worked on streamlining the logic to ensure that even the most complex branching scenarios remained manageable for the end-user
The Challenge
The main challenge was to design a «No-Code» environment that wouldn't feel overwhelming. Creating a visual builder requires a delicate balance between a wide range of features and a clean, predictable interface. I needed to ensure that the transition between «building» a bot and «tracking» its performance was seamless, while also producing high-end animations to present the concept to stakeholders.
Process
Visual Bot Builder
I designed a node-based interface that allows users to create conversation flows by simply connecting blocks. Each block — from basic text output to navigation buttons and media — was crafted to be modular and easily configurable. I focused on the canvas UX, implementing smart snapping and clear visual cues for logic branches, ensuring that users can build, edit, and scale their bots with zero friction
Analytics & Performance Dashboard
I designed a comprehensive analytics module that provides real-time data on user interactions, bot performance, and conversion rates. I focused on creating a clean, high-contrast dashboard with interactive charts that allow business owners to identify bottlenecks in their automated flows and optimize them for better performance.
Presentation & Motion Design
To present the platform's value to stakeholders, I developed a series of high-fidelity motion graphics. These animations showcase the ease of the «Drag-and-Drop» builder and the fluid transition between designing a flow and seeing it live. The motion work emphasizes the speed and simplicity that ISAAK brings to the world of AI automation.

I completely overhauled the platform's core architecture, moving from a rigid menu system to a flexible, canvas-based builder. By optimizing the information hierarchy and introducing a unified component library, I made the process of bot creation significantly faster and more intuitive for non-technical users
Data-Driven Interface
I designed the analytics section to be a «single source of truth» for bot performance. By stripping away unnecessary clutter and focusing on high-impact metrics, I created a tool that helps users turn raw data into actionable improvements for their automated customer service
Results
While ISAAK remains a project on hold, it represents a deep exploration into the UX of no-code platforms and AI automation. The design successfully translated a complex technical process into a user-friendly digital ecosystem.
